PRIVACY

Your project.
Your information.

This page explains the information used by the LivekusSoft website and its project inquiry flow.

LivekusSoft is led by Kittichai Punjawat. Information you send through the inquiry form is used to understand your request and reply about a potential project.

Project inquiries

The form asks for your name, reply email and project requirements. Business context and the service you are interested in help explain the request. Only your name, reply email, project message and acknowledgment of this use are required.

When delivery is configured, the server emails your inquiry to the designated business inbox. Delivery can use Google’s Gmail SMTP service or Resend, according to the website’s configuration. The configured provider processes your submitted contact and project information to send the email. An acceptance message means the email service accepted the inquiry for sending; it does not guarantee inbox delivery or a completed project agreement. If delivery is unavailable, the form shows an error and preserves your input. If delivery is uncertain, it explains this and avoids automatically sending the same form again.

The website does not keep a database of inquiry messages. Messages may remain in the sending account and recipient’s inbox for project follow-up. Please avoid sending passwords, confidential customer records or information that is unnecessary for the first conversation.

Form security and essential cookies

The server validates form fields, checks a signed form token and uses an unobtrusive spam field. Pseudonymous rate-limit records expire after 15 minutes. Submission fingerprints and accepted or uncertain delivery records expire with the form token after two hours to help prevent repeated sends. These records contain no inquiry text or email address; expired entries are removed when later inquiry requests are processed or when the server restarts.

A short-lived, HTTP-only receipt cookie lets you view the accepted-inquiry confirmation. It expires after ten minutes and contains no name, email address or project message. It is used for the contact flow and is not a marketing identifier.

Website measurement

Optional website analytics is disabled in this version. The website does not load advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.

The hosting provider may process access information needed to serve the website, such as request time, URL and IP address. The provider and retention settings must match the host used for the live website.

Questions and requests

To ask about information you have submitted, use the verified phone number on the contact page. The project inquiry form can also be used when it is available.
